DESCRIPTION:AGM will be held at the Blue Ocean on Oct 3 2021\nDue to Covid 19 we are locked in at 50 people to attend the AGM.  Please notify Dianne Allen at 604-989-6518 or Ken Begg at 604-989-8411.  We will keep a list of attendees which will be capped at 50 people.  It is imperative that this meeting is held with the elections  as per our Society’s Act.  There will be a charge of $6.50 per person which will be collected at the door as per every AGM.  This is 50% of the charge per person for the meeting.\n-Doors will open at 11:30\n-Elections and Meeting 11:45-12:45\n-Coffee Tea and cakes served at 11:45\n\nSteve Holland has reported that his nominating committee have been successful finding Directors to the Club.  He is still looking to have members step up for some Executive positions.  Steve Holland moved the Club have 8 Directors plus each Executive member to a total of 12 Directors for the Club.  Seconded by Glen Tietjen  Passed.\nJac Cawsey will run the elections.

DESCRIPTION:The Coasters Show n Shine is at Hackett Park in the village.  This is strictly for our club members.  If you are more comfortable wearing a mask please feel free to do so.  We will safe distance in the set up and hope everyone can do the same even though  we are outdoors.\n\nThe gates at the park will be open at 9:00 am for parking.\n\nThe time of the Show n Shine is from 10:00 am-4:00 pm .  You may stay as long as you like or as long as you are able.\n\nPlease bring a chair and your picnic lunch and beverages.  Due to Covid 19 we will not be handling any food items eg. Fried chicken\n\nThis day is also doubling as the family picnic for this year.  We will have the sound system to help keep everyone informed throughout the day.

SUMMARY:COVID-19 APPRECIATION ROD RUN CRUISE
DESCRIPTION:There will be a Sleepy Hollow Covid Style Cruise on Friday August 6th 2021.  There is a different format to break up the traffic  this year due to no traffic monitors or police involvement.  The members who reside North of Wharf Road in Sechelt will muster at Chatalech High School at 6:00 pm under the guidance of Ken Begg.   Those members who reside South of Wharf Road will muster at Tsain-Ko Mall at 6:00 pm under the guidance of Larry Knowles.  Chatalech cars will depart at 6:15 and when the last car hits the highway the cars at Tsain-Ko Mall will roll onto the Highway at approximately 6:30 pm  The cruise will go out to the Halfmoon Bay Fire Hall and cruise back on the same route.

DESCRIPTION:Members \nWe will have an appreciation cruise to the Madeira Park IGA on Saturday the 9th of May.  We will meet at 11:00 am at the West Sechelt School at Mason Rd and Norwestbay Rd.  Travel down Mason to Hwy 101.  Continue on and  turn off on Redroofs Rd again proceeding o Hwy 101 at the North end. \nContinue to the Pender Harbour Legion and wait for all to gather.  Go to the IGA and Loop in their parking lot.  Turn left out of the parking lot and drive past the school and Fire Hall.  Continue on to Francis Peninsula Rd \nTurn left onto Francis Peninsula Rd to the Hwy and return home \nThank you to all who have come to show the appreciation to the first responders ❤ \n

DESCRIPTION:We will meet at the Blue Ocean Golf course at 6:15 pm. \nLeaving the Blue Ocean Golf course travel Ripple Way to Fairway \nTake Fairway to Gale Ave North to Sandpiper \nTake Sandpiper to Heritage \nFollow Heritage to Mason Rd \nproceeding to Mason Rd and Norwest Bay. \nTurn left on Norwest Bay to Emerson Rd.  Turn left on Emerson Rd \nProceed to Williams Rd (becomes Tyler Rd) until we get to Nickerson Rd \nTurn right on Nickerson to Norwest Bay Rd \nFollow Norwest Bay Rd to Hwy 101 \nFollow 101 to Seaside Centre and turn left to pass Claytons Heritage Market \nAt the end of the North Parking lot turn left to turn left again onto Cowrie Street \nTurn right onto Ocean and then left onto Medusa to Shorncliffe \nCome back out then turn left onto Dolphin St. \nProceed through the lights at Wharf Rd to Tsainko Mall and wait to proceed in unison to Sechelt Hospital and Totem Lodge doing the round about at Totem. \nWe will disperse from there. \n**PLEASE STAY IN YOUR VEHICLES TO MAINTAIN THE 6  FOOT DISTANCE** \n  THANK YOU AND HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!

DESCRIPTION:Anybody interested in participating in a cruise past the firehall\, police station\, ambulance station and up past the hospital this Thursday April 2 nd  please arrive at the Light house pub parking lot at 6:45 pm  and we will proceed from there. Stay in your car.   Go up Wharf turn right on Dolphin to Trail turn left on Trail past the Firehall  to Toredo turn right go past Police station turn right on Shorncliffe to Cowrie  along To Inlet turn right to Toredo turn left then turn right at Ambulance station turn left on little road past Ambulance station then turn left on Reserve road up to McDonalds turn right past band hall then left to highway to light turn left go around the hospital   All in appreciation of all these front line workers. From the Coaster car club.  If this works maybe we should do it every Thursday for the month.
